sera KOI Professional Spring/Autumn Food has been developed to cater for the fish’s needs for when the water’s temperature is below 17°c. When the temperature is low, the fish’s metabolism is not as effective and requires a good quality, nutritious, tasty, and easily digestible food to maintain good health. This is will help Koi prepare for winter and when coming out of hibernation in the spring.

sera KOI Professional is a range of co-extruded foods for Koi.

This a unique process by Sera, of co-extrusion which allows for combining differently treated ingredients.

1. The ring contains ingredients that are particularly easy to digest and relieve metabolism.
2. The core consists of ingredients including sera Vital Immue Protect Formula, essential vitamins, minerals and trace elements for healthy growth and a strong immune system. Additional vitamin C furthermore reduces the sensitivity and strengthens against diseases.

Product Information:

• Recommended for: Koi and all other pond fish.
• Food type: floating pellet.
• 1mm pellet recommended for fish up to 15cm long.
• 3mm pellet recommended for fish over 15cm long.

Composition:

• fish meal, corn starch, wheat gluten, wheat flour, Ca-caseinate, brewer’s yeast, wheat germ, fish oil, mannan oligosaccharides (0,4%), spirulina, krill, green-lipped mussel, stinging nettle, herbs, alfalfa, parsley, sea algae, paprika, spinach, Haematococcus algae, garlic, carrots.

Vitamins & Provitamins per kg:

• Vitamin A 37,000 IU, Vitamin D3 1,800 IU, Vitamin E (D, L-α-tocopheryl acetate) 120 mg, Vitamin B1 35 mg, Vitamin B2 90 mg, stable Vitamin C (L-ascorbyl monophosphate) 1,000 mg/kg.

Analytical Constituents:

• Crude Protein 41.3%, Crude Fat 8.0%, Crude Fibres 4.8%, Moisture Content 4.8%, Crude Ash 6.5%.

Feeding Guide:

• Feed 2 to 3 times daily when the water temperature is between 8°c and 17°c.
• It is advisable not to feed your fish once the water temperature falls below 8°c due to the slowing of their natural metabolisms.
• Feed as much sera KOI Professional Spring/Autumn Food as your fish can consume in a few minutes.
• Any uneaten food should then be removed.

Comes in high-quality resealable bags and buckets which protects the food from the harmful effects of air, and dampness. This makes sure it remains fresh each time to feed it to your fish. Keep contents sealed in original packaging away from direct sunlight. Store in a cool, dry environment.

Below 17°C (63°F) water temperature, the metabolism of the fish is not fully effective anymore. Therefore, the food must be particularly easy to digest in spring and fall. This is the only way for Koi to prepare for the winter period in good time and to start to the year without any problems in spring.

This is achieved by using the special manufacturing process of co-extrusion, which allows combining ingredients that have been treated differently. The loop contains ingredients that are particularly easy to digest and relieve the metabolism. The core consists, among others, of essential vitamins, minerals and trace elements for healthy growth and a strong immune system.
